Is there a way to use the Extension Manager API's with the Notes client and still allow the Prompt for Location selection dialog to appear? This is specifically with a Roaming Profile user where Prompt for Location is checked in User Preferences.

I see this problem in my own application as well as the sample application in \misc\extpwd in the Notes API (6.5 and earlier).

I notice that Notes Minder allows it to come up somehow - Notes Minder once used to be imcompatible with SSO addins.
